Pastor Chris Guffey joined the First Baptist team in January of 2024. He comes to Blakely after more than 23 years of vocational ministry in Missouri. He is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University (B.A. Biblical Studies and Psychology) and Liberty University (Master’s of Divinity, Global Studies).
Pastor Chris met the love of his life, Ms. Kellie Guffey, while in college. They have been married since 2005 and have three beautiful children – Isaiah, Zariah, and Georgia. The Guffey family has committed their lives the people of Christ and are excited to see what God is going to do at First Baptist in Blakely.
